How to set the path to the php page?

I can not understand how to set the path to the website page format php . Goal: display the result of the taxonomy in my case "2010" on a separate page (taxonomy-2010.php).Next, attach a link to it on the main page in the bar.
At the moment the results of tag "2010" displayed on the page index.php ignoring the page taxonomy-2010.php.
Prescribed taxonomy-2010.php in the website and it won't open. Tried different ways : taxonomy-2010.php,
localhost/wordpress/taxonomy-2010.php , localhost/wordpress/taxonomy-2010.php.
The engine word press , the website for Denver.Screenshots for clarity problems.
Generally help to solve these 2 problems.36771bf10c0d413a8a00591a028f3748.png62bbb71987e347aabb6f1e22b30f8d30.png734f7fc9aa6a4e5c898750af5e7d64c5.png

Maybe something of type there ? - leopold_Stokes61 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:11
: once empty, then you've come to the right place - just your page gives nothing.
PHP needs a local file path. The browser also climbs through the server and he has been given content by the rules of the server. - arnold2 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:14
And how to be ? - leopold_Stokes61 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:17
: Well, look what have you in the file) - arnold2 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:20

Mount it in the top of the file before the line
<?php
/*
Template Name: My taxomony
*/</code-->
br><br> Then, create a normal page through the admin panel and in the graph template, select My taxomony
Thank you,it worked . But why the results of the taxonomy there are not displayed . - leopold_Stokes61 commented on July 8th 19 at 15:52
The question is ! There is a link to localhost/wordpress/god/2010 this link displays the result of the taxonomy , page virtual.As it is possible to get it for editing ? - arnold2 commented on July 8th 19 at 15:55
: edit what? If this is your template file taxonomy-2010.php, it and edit. The results are not displayed for various reasons, it is necessary to look at the logs.

: logs in the wp-content folder. I don't know what you have in the template and whether you all do there. - arnold2 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:07
Where to write logs ? - leopold_Stokes61 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:10
in wp-config.php add

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
// Tell WordPress to log everything to /wp-content/debug.log
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
// Turn off the display of error messages on your site
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
// For good measure, you can also add the follow code, which will hide errors from being displayed on-screen
@ini_set('display_errors', 0); - leopold_Stokes61 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:13
Blee , that's an ambush . Still displays in the index - arnold2 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:16
