1. To backup the files.
2. To recreate the partition with a large number of inodes.
3. To restore files from a backup.

Would check better who you have a database eats.
Very similar to the excessive load.
All guzzle)))) are formed in the attachment files, from them or where not to go, they are constantly formed - Donnell.Goldner38 commented on July 8th 19 at 15:56
: Well, it's got 1000 files per minute to form below the inodes to kill 100%. - caleb_Stehr commented on July 8th 19 at 15:59
: here each step is formed of either a log file or a document, then frankly the rebuild it works much years, this should be like that uvelichit taking the inode number of a physical memory space - Donnell.Goldner38 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:02
: Well, the size of innodb is not increased. You can try to increase the buffer to clogged less innodb_log_buffer_size set depending on the server configuration. Well, the second option is, play with the log innodb_log_file_size , can also help. You can read the article on Habre https://habrahabr.ru/post/66684/ , there is a lot of useful. - caleb_Stehr commented on July 8th 19 at 16:05

There's kind of a crutch for this problem, to make a raw image format to the desired filesystem, mount as loop device and store files there.
