How to transfer fonts from Google Fonts?

Hello!

Trying to move the font Open Sans Condensed from Google Fonts. Via the link:

<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans+Condensed:300,300 italic,700&subset=latin,cyrillic" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">

All is working well. Download files, connect to the CSS:
@font-face {
 font-family: 'Open Sans Condensed';
 font-style: normal;
 font-weight: 700;
 src: local('Open Sans bold'), local('Open Sans bold'), url("/fonts/OpenSans-CondBold.ttf") format('ttf');
}
@font-face {
 font-family: 'Open Sans Condensed';
 font-style: italic;
 font-weight: 400;
 src: local('Open Sans bold'), local('Open Sans bold'), url("/fonts/OpenSans-CondLightItalic.ttf") format('ttf');
}
@font-face {
 font-family: 'Open Sans Condensed';
 font-style: normal;
 font-weight: 400;
 src: local('Open Sans bold'), local('Open Sans bold'), url("/fonts/OpenSans-CondLight.ttf") format('ttf');
}

Does not want to work. 404 errors with downloading the font in the console not ship.
I tried to give individual names in a font-family: 'Open Sans Condensed Italic'; and would assign the selector does not help too.
Tell me what to do?
Tried to connect to zakodirovana base64 form is not working.

Solution
I found a solution. Is Tulsa, https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/fonts...,latin . Super easy! Downloaded the file and pasted the CSS works!

Google for different browsers gives different formats between.
Maybe that's why the browser did not consider this font in ttf?
Convert ttf in all the formats and mount it in css.

Google adds not only ttf fonts
make a curl request or something `https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans+...,300italic,700&subset=latin,cyrillic`
See how many different formats gives
need about the same css to be
