Why does the method make?

Good afternoon, I performed a media server setup with nginx, by the method described in article on Habre, but at compile time, namely after
./configure --prefix=/usr --add-module=../nginx-rtmp-module-master/arut-nginx-rtmp-module-0bb2323/ --pid-path=/var/run/nginx.pid --conf-path=/etc/nginx/nginx.conf --error-log-path=/var/log/nginx/error.log --http-log-path=/var/log/nginx/access.log --with-http_ssl_module
the command make gives me error : make: *** No rule to make target `build', needed by `default'. Stop.
What could be the problem? Help please, quite a long time already I sit with this error...

Solution
If FreeBsd then do make config
If Linux/tsentos, just put nginx-extras there seems to have this module
if I install nginx-extras if I can make a compilation and follow guide step by step? - Hanna.Huds commented on July 8th 19 at 16:00
: you don't have to compile, put the nginx-extras there, this module will already be connected. Gayda 2 years after all. - amparo_Hickle commented on July 8th 19 at 16:03
: thank you - Hanna.Huds commented on July 8th 19 at 16:06
: could you help one more time? I did everything as you said but the module nginx-rtmp-module does not find. Where can I find him? - Hanna.Huds commented on July 8th 19 at 16:09
: Then have to compile... - amparo_Hickle commented on July 8th 19 at 16:12
