How to track changes on a web page?

Hi all.
I have a browser for the Mozilla Foundation.
It open the page. It consists of frames.
In one of the frames constantly says "No deals".
But sometimes, the page refreshes and a new deal.
It is necessary to accept or to cancel, not the essence. This I will do by hand.
How do I get some kind of audible notification that the page (frame) has changed?
Browser not want to change.
