Is there a ready solution of the system of voting for anonymous users without cheating?

In conjunction with JS + PHP, ...

I tried to use evercookie.js whether he did wrong or have google chrome learned to delete everything in incognito mode, in short it is not working.

Yes, even with initializati evercookie all wildly brakes (sends some requests to the google website) , and all other sites works very fast current I don't know what they use...

Solution
valve.github.io/fingerprintjs2

True, I as an anonymous user still can open several browsers and make at least a few extra votes.
Thanks I'll try! - Annalise commented on July 8th 19 at 16:06
There is one anomaly, the input of the adaptations to my system fingerprint gave me two ID, so I can at least make two identical voices. But better than evercookie is that these two ID are not changed within two days, and if evercookie an average of three times to open incognito mode you can get a new ID ;) - Annalise commented on July 8th 19 at 16:09
Two days I checked, may not change... - Annalise commented on July 8th 19 at 16:12
: purely theoretically they will change if you update your browser... or the OS... but not tested. - Allene_Crona78 commented on July 8th 19 at 16:15
Yes I understand that, just when I first checked in console (google chrome) that is two times the create is done as in the example, it is two different ID gave ;) - Annalise commented on July 8th 19 at 16:18

If users do not need to register it, whoever wants to cheat will cheat no matter what the script.
Well at least make very difficult, well at least it's my Nicky didn't cheat :)

I understand that there is no perfectly secure system! - Annalise commented on July 8th 19 at 16:08

Just make a login/register in one click through the social network.
evercookie - no longer works + biocide adblokom (if a file is not processed).
Thanks, but need no registration... - Annalise commented on July 8th 19 at 16:10
