How to transfer prices in Bitrix?

There is a directory on the basis of which was made self-made shop. The prices are spelled out in the property, as text. Similarly, the unit of measurement (PCs, kg, tons).
How can I transfer this data to trade offers, which would run a normal shop?

Goods one and a half thousand, so grips not an option.

When using API methods: selected values of properties, have stuffed it on the relevant sentences, what is the question? If you were hoping that there are some ready-made tools, they do not.

Bitrix normally able to import data from csv And XML..., too.
I'll suggest this option.
1. Doing Bitrix 1-2 position with all the necessary fields.
2. Exporting to csv, for example.
3. Taking this file as a sample, create a file with your items.
4. Import it in Bitrix...
