Sintillate if that, but I don't quite get it. Here put this way:
Downloaded
Unzipped Counter-Strike.tar.gz.
Put the file Install.sh right to execute and run in the terminal.
When launched Install.sh appeared folder on your desktop. Here to remove the game is simple enough that folder to remove or something ? - chesley_Anderson commented on July 8th 19 at 16:21
in this case, depends on what is written in install.sh. If the program were put custom way to carry it by standard methods impossible. Look, do next uninstall.sh or does it uninstall option. - joe.Crist commented on July 8th 19 at 16:24

If done through Steam:
Library->Right-click the game - >Delete the contents
If done using Wine:
nautilus ~/drive_c/Counter Strike*/ and right click on the file unins000.exe -> Open with Wine
A little mistake with the path:
nautilus ~/.wine/drive_c/Counter Strike*/ - Violet_Wiso commented on July 8th 19 at 16:14
