In Yii2 how to implement reference fields (UPD: "Entity–attribute–value model")?

Mysql database.
The problem Is this: the USER table holds only the fields which have users (id, login).
There is a table USER_PROPERTY that stores the rest of the user properties in the format (user_id, property_id, value).
And PROPERTYS there is a table in which a list of fields to group, and from the description (id, group_id, name, description, label).
The task of generating a model that will contain all properties which belong to this user.

1) This decision rationally ? If 10 different groups of users, and each can be up to 10 unique (used only for this group) fields.
2) How is it called on a human to search for?
3) be nice to organize in yii2 ? (if somewhere there is a prima for the link I will be grateful)
4) If you can't then the human in yii2 to do this, example of a SQL query so that all of the property of the user in 1 line to collect.

This methodology (EAV) is implemented in 1C-Bitrix (Information blocks). You can take their structure as a basis. And the implementation in Yii is better to write yourself.
