Why Windows 10/8.1 crashes when switching to offline mode?

It all started with the updates. I don't always work with Internet connection, and like the offline mode where no one interferes, but here's the problem: it's in the top ten causes deaf freezes for a couple seconds and a reboot. If you have an Internet error like usual. Now again at seven - all right, and put the VHD for experiments. Started - disappointed... So, I was watching laws. Such a thing is done cyclically every N-th period. Perhaps in 1, 3 or 5 minutes because the computer restarts only after some time after turning off the Internet. Tried the msconfig "Diagnostic startup". Exactly the same thing - the departure. Tell me, please! I have 8.1 and tried - same problem. Can't move permanently because of this trouble.

Attention!!! CBE MS CHOK!
On the virtual NIC (Oracle VirtualBox) works, like the seven: no problem. Buy a new network card - looks like the best solution.
