Error when load arch from USB?

Install with arch wm:bspwm, term:urxvt.
Don't like default settings urxvt, but i changes in ~/.Xresources dosn't work.
Try install manjaro bspwm iso to flash drive, use
dd if=/root/Documents/manjar_.....x86.iso of=/dev/sdv1

to root download folder Mozilla
befor all this do
sudo umount /dev/sdb1
mkfs.vfat /dev/sdb1
mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/sdb1

But when start loading from usb i see "Reboot and sellect prooper boot device" in BIOS BUT on 1st place - HDD, 2nd CD/DWD , and the 3th - Flash.

On load press F12 and see this error.

Staralsa pisat ponato, net, ctrl+c , ctrl+v . A translitom pisat stolrko texta ubistvenno.

To capture the image need not partition the stick and on the stick. That is, not
Of course, all the partitions on the flash drive will be deleted and have then re-format back.
UPD: and, of course, if you stick to write the image using dd - don't need it before this format and install. You seem do not understand what you are doing commands that you perform.

: I have already written that there is. You are using a dd block copy image to the device. Nothing but dd is not necessary. After dd still needs to be done sync wait until the command is also completed. You can then remove the flash drive. - Justice.Nienow commented on July 8th 19 at 16:33
: Well, then why carry the team, if you do not understand? - Justice.Nienow commented on July 8th 19 at 16:36
