How to parse such json in php?

How to parse such json php example here:
link
Attempts to make himself brought me to a dead end here is the code:
$Createlink = "http://api.kinopoisk.cf/getStaff?filmID=714888";
$fc = fopen($Createlink, 'r');
$jsonCreate = stream_get_contents($fc);
$resCreate = json_decode($jsonCreate, true);
$elem = $resCreate['creators'][0][0];
echo "#".$elem['nameEN'];

And the question in fact it turns out that the data is inside a multidimensional array $elem = $resCreate['creators'][0][0];
What's wrong? How to put this json and the number of those elements?

Solution
There's just an associative array:

var_dump($resCreate['creators'][0]);

The number of all participants
$count = 0;
foreach($resCreate['creators'] as $value) {
$count = count($value) + $count;
}
echo $count;
