Than to increase the sound volume on video?

There is a video in H264 format with superimposed audio to AAC. Is it possible not separating the video from audio to process the sound (a bit to level and raise the volume) ?

Solution
as I understand it, there is a problem to NOT encode at least video.
To separate still have a demuxer, this quick, then, with the sound can do everything (but better without the time correction ;) ). Then tucked any coding by the encoder in the source format, then makerom gluing with the video, it's too fast, the video remains intact.
Well, I thought maybe there's a video editor where this process is packaged in a beautiful box. Alas. - Isaias_Medhurst commented on July 8th 19 at 16:28

Using Adobe autdition You can do with sound is absolutely what you want. View a couple of video tutorials on YouTube and all will become clear. The program can add video files and work with their sound tracks.
And there is nothing with free plans or obnorskogo than you can make the sound with the video ? - Isaias_Medhurst commented on July 8th 19 at 16:30
: Audacity. - Isaias_Medhurst commented on July 8th 19 at 16:33
Not sure about "not separating the video from audio". - wyatt commented on July 8th 19 at 16:36
Correctly in doubt, Audition edit gives but to export the result together with the video - no. You can only export set for later editing in FinalCut. Alas. - fletcher.Labad commented on July 8th 19 at 16:39

Sony Vegas Pro is the most simple program for video editing
Final Cut even better, but for one video you do not want to buy. - Isaias_Medhurst commented on July 8th 19 at 16:32
I was looking for a program, 1) which gives a tinkering sound (normalizing, deesser, noise reduction, compressor, amp) 2) Suitable for guerrilla filmmaking, free. - Isaias_Medhurst commented on July 8th 19 at 16:35
however the other day I had the same problem as you, and I was ospominaniya how easy and good this was done in Vegas. - wyatt commented on July 8th 19 at 16:38
Final Cut - not for newbies) And kind of need a Mac for it, but if you are an experienced user how wrote above Adobe autdition or Adobe Premiere. - fletcher.Labad commented on July 8th 19 at 16:41
