Should a class file name to start with capital letters?

Good time of day. For example, in the Java class file name must start with a capital letter, does this rule work for Ruby?

Solution
Should!
Ruby style guide on English and it's on Russian
And anyway, you could try to create a class with a small letter and see the bug :)

UPD: if it's not ror project, the file names can be anything, even not matching class names
In General, it is desirable https://github.com/arbox/ruby-style-guide/blob/mas...

Talking about the file name, not class.
It should(?) to be a little. - seamus_Smith commented on July 8th 19 at 16:31

> "Try to create only one class or module in each source file. Call these files by class name or module by changing the entry in the form CamelCase to snake_case." - i.e. the class name ClassName and the name of the class file class_name_file, right? - bernita_Rueck commented on July 8th 19 at 16:37
