Yes! almost all laptops have a native app to work with a battery and by operation from a network there is a setting to charge to 100%.

Yes, the battery wears out.
Lithium batteries do not like high temperatures, and the laptop when running very hot.
So it doesn't matter from the network you are working or the battery wear is.
The charge controller includes a necessary - lithium battery without it is not used, because at best they will break down in case of overcharge or deep discharge, at worst, ignition occurs.
