Hard drive resets the file system. What could be the problem?

After each shutdown, hard drive WD10EZEX Windows 8.1 is recognized by the drive error. Any software (maybe except for Acronis, did not put) says that the disk size is 30MB (instead of 1000GB) and its file system is RAW. Helps correct errors in gparted under the live mode of ubuntu, but after turning off all efforts gone in vain. What could be the problem?

To hand over the screw on a warranty, put SSD and not doing stuff.
To check the status on support.wdc.com/Warranty/rmaStatus.aspx?lang=ru
If there is no guarantee, buy SSD.

And if you start with the livecd to repair the partition, reboot and some time for them to use the same (or other) livecd manifest this behavior?
Maybe the evil virus?

When fixed the system in lyuksovka live SD and turn off the computer after switching on again in live-SD everything was fine. After off and on in Windows FS flies up to 30 MB - oma_Howe commented on July 8th 19 at 16:38
something wrong with Windows? - Rusty.Ebe commented on July 8th 19 at 16:41
I assume that the problem is more "software". To be sure, I would have ran mhdd, and then would look for the cause in the software... - Rusty.Ebe commented on July 8th 19 at 16:44
