Where to get tutorials, books on pure OpenGL ES2?

Starting to learn OpenGL ES2. I would like to study it in its pure form, to better understand, i.e. without the use of a variety of additional libraries. I.e. without the GLUT and other.

1. What tutorials or books can you recommend?

2. Also interested in the relationship of graphics with different game actions (the hero fell into the abyss, there was a tap on the screen). It is implemented in Java classes? Or also for C++?

We have in mind with regard to Android NDK.
