Is it possible to cheat Yandex metric?

Hello,
I have a site with small attendance, about 100 people a day, so I want in education to deliver a certain experience, is it possible to cheat the testimony of unique visitors and hits in Yandex metric?
I know JavaScript and Java, the future of the app will write on some of these languages.
Please tell me is it real all, and most importantly in what direction I dig?
Thank you in advance.

A cheat actually, cheat without consequences - real, but dangerous.
1. Is the weighted average of the statistics of visits to the sites of this subject across countries.
2. There is a tendency for your domain, which should not go beyond the trends of the same segment, sites (the country, the existence domain on the subject, time of year etc.)
Any output values of the average cluster according to any one of points is a ban of the domain.

Usually counters cheat bots.
But then the question is why? You may get penalties from the Google and then 100 visitors will not.
