Which template to use for a bunch of UI components in pure JavaScript?

Guys, write a little, but the bulk of the project without using a framework to structure your code. And I'm honestly so long since I wrote a pure JS that I forgot about how to structure code correctly. The problem is that the project that we write, includes terribly a lot of the UI elements(sliders, scrolling, convenie graphics, items as small animations), each of which is a separate story, which tied calvacom different events and States. I.e. elements are many and they are all custom. I tried to make all UI elements in the object in a separate variable controlls = {variable : document.querySelector("#our widget"}; , but in total this bundle allows you to conveniently manage the status and events of the element that you want to hang on to it.
Thanks in advance for advice that will help you use the correct method of solving this problem.
