How to make a simple GIF with changing the background?

Hi. Google no time. In a nutshell here's the thing, the red square becomes blue, then red again, etc. please Post a link to a similar tutorial for Photoshop.

Solution
open photoshop, open the workspace with animation.
in the first slide indicate a red background and the time through which it will pass to the second slide.
in the second slide, too. then put "banding" of the image and save for Web in gif format
