How to make facebook comments on every post?

Don't do on a news site comments under each post was a new conversation. The widget collects comments from all site that makes a mess of everything. Tell me how to make it separately for each page ?

<div id="fb-root"></div>
the <script>(function(d, s, id) {
 var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
 if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
 js=d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
 js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/ru_RU/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.6&appId=12052**676156796";
 fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>

Solution
actually this is the code I have listed above... as I have described, this code is duplicated at all positions and makes a mess all because under each post the same comments.. - erick_Lind commented on July 9th 19 at 10:17
: The attribute data-href just the same limiting comments so that each page had its own. Get there the full url where the user is. - edmond.Strom commented on July 9th 19 at 10:20
And what about posts that appear later ? - erick_Lind commented on July 9th 19 at 10:23
: I do not understand what you mean. This block must generate dynamically for each page. - edmond.Strom commented on July 9th 19 at 10:26
: I have a news site where every day there is about 50 posts.. this is the whole juice.. - erick_Lind commented on July 9th 19 at 10:29
: And what is the problem?
Me for you code to write? Okay.

"data-numposts="10">
