Solution
Add override in Settings - User
For example:
{
 "draw_white_space": "all",
 "word_wrap": "true"
}
I need to wrap text if it is in the line beyond the border of the window.
I found on the net such instructions, go to the specified configuration file, find there word_wrap and change auto to true. - kaelyn52 commented on July 9th 19 at 10:26
open Preferences -> Settings-User json paste in there, save and restart sublime - brooks.Greenfelder commented on July 9th 19 at 10:29
