Why is my mailbox for a domain mail to Yandex?

For some reason lost all the accounts registered on the domain. Passwords or from the control panel of your domain by mail or from the control panel of the domain was never transferred. Log visits was not observed extraneous inputs. Support of Yandex says that the boxes have been removed such as from the administrator account of the domain email, and then got rid of domain email. However, no notifications from Yandex that have been shut down a domain or even any warning is not received (checked the log of calls in emails in the admin box). Later Yandex launched the version that was created by the Deputy administrator and supposedly he removed all the drawers and untied the domain. However, at our request, any evidence of the receipt of Yandex requests of the associate administrator Yandex responded that such records had not. Assuming that acted a malicious attacker who obtains access to the admin mailbox of the domain email, why not come to the notice of Yandex and why the attacker did not delete the admin account and what purpose he actually pursued? If we assume that some actions were taken from the domain control panel, why suffered only a single domain, when a panel of them. Neither the sites nor the other domains are not affected. Has anyone experienced this phenomenon before? All of Yandex's possible to achieve any evidence that they are in principle dealt with this issue? (I watched the server logs, etc.). Could fail to the Yandex that caused such consequences? If the answer to my question, need additional information, ask. Thank you

In the text, the only conclusion is a "herd" of Yandex, which they want to hide, otherwise they said the cause, because all the logs - they just are.

This, by the way, the question about hosting email on public services like Yandex.PDD or Google for domains. In case of stocks you all will never find, especially for free versions.

The situation is similar. Two day was lost control over the DNS hosting company (issued on individual former partner of the real owner of the domain).
Was removed the cname yamail-************ pointing to mail.yandex.ru. and an mx record.
A few hours after the changes (obviously more than the ttl of the records) domain with more than 200 boxes "disappeared" with https://pdd.yandex.ru/.
Those. support claims that: "In the time domain *** is not connected to our service. Apparently, he was disabled from our service by the owner/administrator. Unfortunately, this can be done only if the domain is deleted all the mailboxes."
That also I was not able to remove all the mailboxes I'm sure 99%. The fact that neither I nor my two cats didn't do it 100%.
marann, in your case the story is over what?
