How to setsecurity using subversion folder that already has files and folders?

For example, there are pack on the server is not under versioned control:
+project
++folder
+++file.php
+++file2.php
++index.php

is identical all in the svn repository. For example, /svn/projects/project
If we do it in the project folder on the server so:
svn co /svn/projects/project .
we get violently of the replica of the svn that (for example) folder folder not added to version control. And it's all over. Like something you can put on top of the existing folder with its structure and AP checkout folder from svn. Thank you!

Solution
You can put the folder from the repository into an existing folder uprated svn update --force
After this command, the files in a folder to which the command will change a file from the repository. And other files in the repository, there will be not touched. It will be convenient in the case of, for example, when you pour in the new detailed draft of any frimware version from the repository. Don't know if I explained correctly, but I helped the team svn update --force
