Windows does not start XP writes due to hardware failures, disk configuration be like?

Windows could not start because of hardware errors of a disk configuration, I've installed it from the stick and then it was so if the flash drive is inserted then it works and if not that mistake. Much time has passed and now with flash not loading and just says error even if I want to boot from a flash drive and just reinstall

Solution
in the USB flash drive( Windows CP ) that was uploaded was not a boot.ini that created it and inserted
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS

[operating systems]

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional RU" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect

and after several attempts, booted from the stick, IF SOMEONE is going to NEED
