Hello dear, dear friends.
There is a task to configure telephony on the Mikrotik. Yet he was not able to adjust, not understood.
Is Mikrotik equipment, the first port of call included Internet service provider HOME-RU. The second LAN port. Third port for WiFi. The fourth port I connected the cable coming from the equipment provider which provides telephony, it network (10.186.19.0 Gateway 10.186.19.1/30). And in the fifth the PBX and its network (192.168.100.150/24 gateway 192.168.100.1). Now I PBX can ping the ISP's gateway provides telephony 10.186.19.1. After talking with the guys from the service provider providing the telephone told me the following that would all work necessary to achieve ping addresses (10.186.0.34 or 10.186.0.35), and the telephony server their 10.186.0.32/28, but it is hidden and its not about ping. How do I configure the Mikrotik so that it went through 10.186.19.1 and got to the network 10.186.0.32? There is a pattern that I see all the track pass of the data.

All other info you need I will provide. Just not yet understanding what and where to do it, so no photos of the settings of Mikrotik.

Problem with configuring Mikrotik solved, all the rules applied in the last 4 screenshots. Helped these settings. The calls began to pass in both directions and the voice is the same in both directions, as well as the gap after disconnection of the call terminates gracefully, not hanging, and is reset immediately after the call.
Having the opportunity, I would like to thank Dmitry Chickawa, as it directly helped in the decision of problems with the Mikrotik configuration. Dmitry, thank you for guidance and direction in the right side!!! Anyone interested and maybe someone has pohara problem or even identical to the ATS follow the post, now try to configure itself PABX Panasonic KX-NS500RU. At this stage, check Mikrotik made software MicroSIP version 3.12.3. These settings of the program also appear on the screen.

Locked the PBX is configured. To configure the PBX was enabled and NAT vote went to the outside world, we were heard.
I'm afraid you'd better contact a specialist to configure. You are not ready to work with networks. - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 9th 19 at 11:23
