How to configure Mikrotik to IP telephony, if the ISP one, and IP telephony different?

Hello dear, dear friends.
There is a task to configure telephony on the Mikrotik. Yet he was not able to adjust, not understood.
Is Mikrotik equipment, the first port of call included Internet service provider HOME-RU. The second LAN port. Third port for WiFi. The fourth port I connected the cable coming from the equipment provider which provides telephony, it network (10.186.19.0 Gateway 10.186.19.1/30). And in the fifth the PBX and its network (192.168.100.150/24 gateway 192.168.100.1). Now I PBX can ping the ISP's gateway provides telephony 10.186.19.1. After talking with the guys from the service provider providing the telephone told me the following that would all work necessary to achieve ping addresses (10.186.0.34 or 10.186.0.35), and the telephony server their 10.186.0.32/28, but it is hidden and its not about ping. How do I configure the Mikrotik so that it went through 10.186.19.1 and got to the network 10.186.0.32? There is a pattern that I see all the track pass of the data. b80fd378460f448fb229e3ab864baa16.jpg
All other info you need I will provide. Just not yet understanding what and where to do it, so no photos of the settings of Mikrotik.

Problem with configuring Mikrotik solved, all the rules applied in the last 4 screenshots. Helped these settings. The calls began to pass in both directions and the voice is the same in both directions, as well as the gap after disconnection of the call terminates gracefully, not hanging, and is reset immediately after the call.
Having the opportunity, I would like to thank Dmitry Chickawa, as it directly helped in the decision of problems with the Mikrotik configuration. Dmitry, thank you for guidance and direction in the right side!!! Anyone interested and maybe someone has pohara problem or even identical to the ATS follow the post, now try to configure itself PABX Panasonic KX-NS500RU. At this stage, check Mikrotik made software MicroSIP version 3.12.3. These settings of the program also appear on the screen. 8131428c417444d0b07e704d0868b134.jpgc0a4d0d31b3d46aea529da1c2103e963.jpg
Locked the PBX is configured. To configure the PBX was enabled and NAT vote went to the outside world, we were heard.

Solution
Have you tried the option "vlob"? To prescribe the route to 10.186.0.32/28 via gateway 10.186.19.1?
/ip route add dst-address=10.186.0.32/28 gateway=10.186.19.1
As far as I remember, this option was, but I still check it again just in case. Dmitry thanks for the response. - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 10:47
Dmitry I tried to register a route access received. Spread sheet routing already added the route. Maybe somewhere not so do something, ask for mentoring. - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 10:50
Dmitry forgot to write down the IP address 192.168.100.150 with which I am trying to ping 10.186.0.34 and answer do not receive. But it's the same account I pingou 10.186.19.1 and ping passes. - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 10:53
: some have bridges out of place. Poidee should not be this vridge1, and should Natasja traffic from the PBX to the telephony provider. - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 9th 19 at 10:56
Dmitry, this mikrotik have tried to adjust, it's from the old I left something. I can fix, only it does not help, I simply disconnected. - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 10:59
add a sign ip Mikrotik. Looks like Mikrotik you do not see the gateway 10.186.19.1, because not within its subnet. Apparently, the IP on this interface must be 10.186.19.2 - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 9th 19 at 11:02
"This" is on the 4th. Or, can I assume that the IP 10.186.19.2 registered on the PBX, so it pings the gateway 10.186.19.1. In this case, there will be still such variant of spike - propriate route to the PBX to 10.186.0.32/28 via 10.186.19.1. - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 9th 19 at 11:05
Dmitry, table added. On the PBX have not yet found where it would appear the IP address 10.186.19.2 - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:08
: If you are sure that nowhere else this address does not appear, assign it to a 4 port Mikrotik. Traffic needs to go. - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 9th 19 at 11:11
Thank you Dmitry for the tip. Throw more photos, now I can ping all specified IP addresses (10.186.19.1 - 10.186.0.34 - 10.186.0.35 - Proxy 10.186.0.38) with the PBX. - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:14
Arose another question. I Miktorik on the port No. 5 prescribed IP 10.186.19.2! How does the rule you can redirect all traffic from that port to the internal IP address of the PBX 192.168.100.150? - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:17
Me ISP said that the IP 10.186.19.2 in General should be on idea on the ATS, but then it'll be outside my network and I probably will not be able to connect the IP phones? Correct if I don't understand! - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:20
Aah! What are you doing!!!?? Why do you all address of the provider visited on the interface!?
I'm afraid you'd better contact a specialist to configure. You are not ready to work with networks. - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 9th 19 at 11:23
I understand that so will not work? - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:26
Caught up, I just put up this IP on the port of the Mikrotik, so they pingoud, and real access to provider I never received, right? - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:29
After lengthy readings of manuals for Mikrotik, I have still managed to do the configuration in which PING earned. How is it right or wrong don't know if anyone can tell please help. Spread configuration, the last two of the image file. - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:32
: you are once again hung address on Mikrotik and pinguet it is provider - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 9th 19 at 11:35
Got it, thanks for the reply. - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:38
You need to master the material the first three releases(at least 2 and 3) to understand all errors:

Dmitry thanks for the great article! I will study it. - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:44
Dmitry Hello. Used your link for which thanks very much, and that's what happened. Now all IP pingoud, but how much is the correct setting, can you advise? What did I do before setting up the routes it learned from Bridge 4 and 5th ports and configured the NAT for the 4th port. It is evident that some packages go, I even tried to call this number and have noticed that when you call the number of packets increases, except that the voices are not heard. Advise what else to see and where to configure! - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:47
: in addition to the 5060 still need proposita PBX port range for voice traffic. The range of rtp ports will have to peek in the settings of the PBX. Or have to traverse a range of udp from 5000 to 21000 - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 9th 19 at 11:50
Dmitry Hello! There is one issue, but not yet found the answer on the Internet, possibly due to a not correct query in a search engine. Is it possible for a Mikrotik with a single physical port to redirect all traffic to another, if possible please write like this or links to such connections. - mavis.Harvey commented on July 9th 19 at 11:53
