Will there be a copyright infringement in the android application?
If I use arts, which depicts the actor of the series/movie, drawing by me, will the copyright infringement?

Such questions need to ask the author, ie in this case you.

Even in the most liberal opencores license has a clause that you cannot use the project name to promote their. So, if your "business" based on images of actors without their consent, it will not be long.
In fact, if your images is a critical element, which if necessary can be found in almost every Arte-repainted, in this case part 4 of article 1274 of the civil code:
"Creating works in the genre of literary, musical or other parody or in the genre of caricature on the basis of another (original) of lawfully published works and the use of these parodies or caricatures are permitted without the consent of the author or other holder of exclusive rights to the original work and without payment of remuneration".
