Solution
What does such a conclusion? Why does it occur?

Mean the surgery was unsuccessful, but the error code was processed incorrectly.
Most often this occurs when working with interfaces that use errno -- a C library or POSIX, due to the fact that after an erroneous function is performed at least one function changes the errno that is working successfully.
Mean the surgery was unsuccessful, but the error code was handled correctly?

Maybe after all this? - karina59 commented on July 9th 19 at 10:55
: error code had either not overwrite, or time to save. If this is not done-then the error code is handled incorrectly. - demetrius.Bedn commented on July 9th 19 at 10:58
