Whether to use the services internetbs.net?

Want to register domain for website Registrar which in the future probably will send a complaint from you know who :)

Watch now internetbs.net as they keep domain retracker. And very not bad.

But after talking with their tech support found out that they will need to send a scan of my passport for identification and a scan of one of the bills for gas, electricity, telephone or anything else.

I'm a little bit confused. Also confused by the reviews online where people complain of sudden blocking.

What can you say about that Registrar you?
And what about analog?

Are you serious? Something not very legal and on my data?
Left scan of the passport + the bill for housing costs about 3$-6$. What's the problem anyway?
