The sidebar method native + phonegap?

There's an app in phonegap, all is well: the logic of speed, but very annoying look all transition, with modal Windows you can still live, but the sliding menu is just awful. How can I solve the issue not figuring in the android sdk?
From phonegap it is possible to connect plug-ins, but all the curves you need to make a minor change to the frame of the phonegap in one of the videos it was easy, but the decision was no details.
Willing to pay for the work.
