How to handle?

Good day!
I'm developing a website and I have a simple question that I want to understand.
I have such code:
<select>
 <option disableed>Select district</option>
<option>Lenin</option>
 <option>Industrial</option>
 <option>Dnieper</option>
</select>

I want to solve this problem as selecting a particular region to call a specific php script?
For example, the Leninist - скрипт1, Industrial - скрипт2.
Prompt, please, where to dig?

Solution
<form action="option1.php">
 <p><select size="3" name="hero">
 <option disabled>Select district</option>
 <option value="t1" selected>Moscow</option>
 <option value="t2">Lenin</option>
 <option value="t3">Industrial</option>
 <option value="t4">Dnieper</option>
</select></p>
 <p><input type="submit" value="Send"></p>
 </form>

In the form handler option1.php:
if( value == 't1'){
// then redirect to the desired script or include_once desired script
die();
}
if( value == 't2'){
// then redirect to the desired script or include_once desired script
die();
}

A generally better all areas to transmit in the same script but with different get or post parameters, the handlers are unlikely to fundamentally differ from each other.
