The last three of my questions are deleted by the moderators without explanation. Where full list of restrictions on the questions? Each question I really cared, I wrote them carefully, thoughtfully, and for a long time. Born the hatred of the moderators.

Learning on the 3rd course of faculty of mechanics (talking about the University, studying the mechanics and control theory).
