How to massively increase the size of the pictures?

Good afternoon.
I need to massively increase the size of images in a folder. But the pictures are in different subfolders.
The only thing I know about them is that the title is 970, this figure is appended to the right pictures.
I need from the folder and subfolders to get all the pictures, the title of which contains 970 and increase to a minimum of 400 pixels on the smaller side.
Yes, and you need to record at the same location under the same name.
For example, there is a picture 37.970.jpg size 250х200.
It must be 37.970.jpg size 500х400.

Solution
Somehow, using www.imagemagick.org (it is installed from packages)
find /myfolder -name "*970.jpg" -exec mogrify -resize 256x256 {} \;
Only -exec, with one hyphen. Thank you. - caleb_Stehr commented on July 9th 19 at 11:16
And if you need one (smaller) side, the size you need to specify one. - caleb_Stehr commented on July 9th 19 at 11:19

Well, it's.... the other day, just had to fit a lot of different sorts of shit in the box 120x120, also first made on the smaller side, then did both. - Kasey.Cruickshank commented on July 9th 19 at 11:25
: And do not tell even one feature. Some pictures turned out, 400х1000. That is unacceptable for products VC. Need something right now to increase them only on one side. That was roughly 600х1000. Crop need? - caleb_Stehr commented on July 9th 19 at 11:28

Will leave here for yourself.
# Enlarge the pictures to 970 on the larger side
find public_html/products/ -name "*970.png" -exec mogrify -resize 970x970 {} \;
# Increase down to the 970, to make square, to place an image in the center, remove the white background
find public_html/products/ -name "*970.png" -exec mogrify -extent 970x970 -gravity center-transparent white {} \;

: You can still play different resizing algorithms, especially important with increasing. or significant reduction. Here eksample - www.imagemagick.org/Usage/resize - Kasey.Cruickshank commented on July 9th 19 at 11:37
