How is the packet in Simple Queue Mikrotik?

How will behave the queue, Simple Queue, if there will be 2 queues with exactly the same conditions (or a single queue is a special case of another)? The package will be consistently to both queues?

Interestingly, the same behavior will, for example, and dummynet?

Solution
Queues behave in the same way as the firewall. The package according to the conditions from top to bottom. In this case, the queue is used and the package with the lower-level rules compared. Therefore, a more narrow (in terms) of enrolment should be placed above more General. For example, if you want the subnet to assign the specified speed, but one IP-address from it greater or less speed, then queue for this SP should be placed above the rule for the subnet. If you are fasttrack'connection, they all will not get. So either select the packages that you want to accept action firewall, or disable the rule fasttrack.

PS. All in winbox'e easy to understand the rules order is important or not. Wherever the first row header is "#" - the order is important.
