Error when switching on(select boot image did not authenticate). legacy boot doesn't help. What is the reason?

Laptop HP RT3290 windows 8.1 License
When you enable get this error message select boot image did not authenticate.
Googled all offer a solution. Enable legacy support and disable secure boot. I did it and when turning on get an error "no bootable device insert boot disk and press any key". Weird on the forums all this solution helped me in what could be the reason?

Before-what worked, what did?
Absolutely nothing. Just closed the laptop after 10 minutes opened, and here this error - Rod_Wolff21 commented on July 9th 19 at 11:28
