Is there any google API for finding similar images?

There are IPAS at Google or Yandex to search for similar images?
The task is more 100 thousand photos.
You will need to check and sort them into folders - unique or not.

when google had a separate API for search by image, but it is already ~5 years, it does not support. At the moment has a search api that supports image search.

Yandex did not work, but you need ability in api certainly is.
