How to withdraw products from the master catalog by producers. Bitrix?

There is a main directory. You want to make the division according to the manufacturers, preserving the directory structure. I.e. to allow the user to choose how better to search for products by manufacturer or by major categories.

While invented only all producers to drive in highload unit, for each manufacturer to create its own section and there on the filter to display products:

Component filter:
"FILTER_NAME" => "arrFilterBrand"
But there's a lot of manual work, the content Manager will not be able to add a new page producer component.

Maybe there is a solution, how to implement it while preserving the structure (that the goods were displayed all on one page, but by major categories)?
