How to promote the service?

Salute!
There was such question. Not so long ago we had free time and decided to gash a pilot service for finding the most profitable ways of shipping from distant countries.

With the implementation of the pilot version of the issue resolved quickly. Actually that's the way - 2ship.ru
There are small schools, but are now developing the platform under a project which will implement a full-fledged stock exchange in logistics.

There is a natural question. How to promote this creation? On home turf (Belarus), some traffic managed to get. Mainly due to the work in the field informed. In Russia and UA to push harder. With a budget of course it's not a question, but at the moment, most investment goes into that project and promote in the next 2-3 months will have in compressed conditions.

Interested in Your opinion. What are the most optimal way of development You see and could advise?

Oh,Yes here you can write a million tools,but if you are not familiar with them,it really is easier to hire a specialist,and this of course:
-contextual advertising (Google and Yandex)
- affiliate program
-SEO (organic matter itself will give you good results after couple of months,if tightly engaged)
-targeted advertising (and I would advise to start small investments,and transitions will be exactly. Try a/b testing pay per click "pay per transfer")
-and of course the forums
PS I do not advise to use promotional posts in the VC,and organic, too-the exhaust will be miserable
