How to register in the Apple Store to put on your app?

Greetings to all.
Was going to put in the Apple Store app, the cat. must be distributed free of charge ( non commercial) in the study of Russian language articles on the process of registering yourself and registering the app, you encounter the following issues, who faced, tell me:
1. Going to register as a developer, not as a company. What from me it to Apple you need documents or confirmation etc.?
2. During the registration process before downloading the application, you need to pay $99 to continue to pay $99 once a year. But if Apple categorically block laying open the application, I'll be able to take back the $99 or the Apple figure will give?
3. If someone owns all the subtleties of behavior of the developer in registrations of and applications to accomplish your goal - what other pitfalls can arise.
4. $99 at the current exchange rate is zagotovte it turns out, is suggesting its customers to call a purse to pay for the support account for the furniture store to be cheaper. If suddenly who faced, tell me, are there any accounts"aggregators" in Epple ( among Russian-speaking ) developers through which you can upload the app with paying their share for the use of "public" account, in other words the account is the display of applications from different developers? If this approach does not exist, then my question can be perceived as an idea for implementation.

Thank you in advance for advice and recommendations.

1. Any documents you bind Bank card, this is enough to uniquely identify you.
2. You buy a developer license and not a right to put the app in the AppStore. Without this license, by the way, you can't test a native app on devices. I think right after purchasing a license you can request a refund, but as soon as you made an attempt to place the application, you have used the service, in this case, you most likely will not return.
3. There is quite a non-trivial process of uploading an app, locate relevant video for this reason.
4. Can't remember a specific service, but such is, they operate by subscription.
Thank you. Great! At the 4 item I will seek, I find the service here and the link will spread. - dino7 commented on July 9th 19 at 12:55

You wrote "... you cannot test native applications on devices
you can" - that is not clear, can or can not? - dino7 commented on July 9th 19 at 13:01
: without a license you cannot test an application written in xcode on the device. xcode will refuse to fill in the application on the device if there is no license. - Giles_Funk63 commented on July 9th 19 at 13:04
: Will. Test it without a license - Modesto commented on July 9th 19 at 13:07
And more about will-not-give. I found a few English-language resources, with the surface rendering their services, it appears that they can spread ios apps for beta testing - and, it seems, for free. Poizuchat resources - 'll post here the list. - dino7 commented on July 9th 19 at 13:10
