Can I use exim4 for notifications in Networks?

In Networks the default email is used postfix. But, on the server to send mail use exim4 (yandex pdd) for all applications/sites. On the same server is networks, postfix has been removed from the package Networks (all came with omnibus). Now I want to force Networks to send letters not using postfix, and using exim4 which is on the server.

Is it possible to do? If so, how?

Yes, it is possible to send via SMTP.
So I set up the config according to the instructions in Yandex pdd:
gitlab_rails['smtp_enable'] = true
gitlab_rails['smtp_address'] = ""
gitlab_rails['smtp_port'] = 587
gitlab_rails['smtp_user_name'] = ""
gitlab_rails['smtp_password'] = "mypass"
gitlab_rails['smtp_domain'] = ""
gitlab_rails['smtp_authentication'] = "login"
gitlab_rails['smtp_enable_starttls_auto'] = true
gitlab_rails['smtp_tls'] = false
gitlab_rails['smtp_openssl_verify_mode'] = 'none'

Test sending emails - the password recovery, but nothing comes. - tracey commented on July 9th 19 at 12:57
Try to configure sending via exim (you did write that all apps/sites do this), and not through yandex. - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 9th 19 at 13:00
