Do not break the law on the protection of personal data?

Is it legal to accept the application of people to replace the data(they attach a copy of your passport, green fodder, the statement in scanned form) by e-mail and process them?

If you have permission to work with such data, the only question the security of the account where it all comes from. If the account will be drained, and then just connect it to the wire (to extract a username and password and do not change the password), then you are breaking the law because did not protect the box and the server where it all comes from.
