How to move your website to another Perl hosting and domain?

There is access to the original website - MSQL and FTP
The original site is written in PERL, even a admin.

There is a site on which everyone is trying to transfer (files and database moved) (has full access SHH, MSQL, FTP)

But now when you open an error occurs the following:

Software error: Can't locate setup.inf in (@INC contains: /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6 /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.7/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.6/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.6 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 . /etc/httpd) at /home/users/l/lpsite/domains/sup.lpsite.biz/cgi-bin/index.pl line 14. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (info@jino.ru), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Nothing but move the database and files did not.
What a mistake, what to do?

What would a pearl work we need a interpreter on the server, I think you're just hosting moved.
You need to move to a server with support for Perl scripts.
perl works on hosting, even some packages using shh to install it turned out, perl is interpreted, it needs help. - nikita.Stracke commented on July 9th 19 at 13:02
: Try it at LAN start - Kyla_Kulas46 commented on July 9th 19 at 13:05
: Yes, the same thing purely in the fact that PERl does not know, and it did not touch you, need people who host with PERL a little bit familiar. - nikita.Stracke commented on July 9th 19 at 13:08
: So the error says that could not be found file setup.inf - Kyla_Kulas46 commented on July 9th 19 at 13:11
It is, this file, but I don't understand why he writes, maybe the path somewhere need to register, PERL or any server settings exist. - nikita.Stracke commented on July 9th 19 at 13:14

Not the version of Perl, not the dependencies.
