How to identify a problem with sound in Unity?

The bottom line: passed the project on optimization. Code is written very badly and a lot of problems. But newly added task: on some system configurations, starts grinding sound. And only in build and in the editor it seems not one has managed to reproduce the problem.

Most of the sound is played using PlayOneShot. It is not clear why this might be and how to fix it. On stage, the average DSP Load is somewhere around 5%, and in the Profiler, Audi writes that loaded around 30 videos, on 103 megabytes, and somewhere in the 5-10 active Audio Source.

Do not tell me what could be the problem?
