What causes error if you are running Windows 10?

Please tell me how to find out what is causing the error when you run Windows 10?

Usually the title of the window is the app that is causing the error or at least error number. And everything is very simple, as many do not even understand what to do and where to look.

After closing this window, the system continues to work as before. That is, no visible brakes, problems and errors are not observed.

The system is hardly installed any programs. Only what you need (drivers, codecs, player, Office, Chrome, etc. on trifles).

Open task Manager or Process Explorer from sysinternals, there is a right-click on the task window, then click details and see what is the process?
