Why transition in the opposite direction does not work?

Hi! As I can not understand what am I doing wrong, ask for hover on the links transition: all 0.2 s easy-in-out . For easy reference, where just a color change, all works perfectly. And here is for background when the mouse is fine, but when you remove the cursor from links style to hover state(the background or opacity) abruptly disappears, googled a bunch of examples of the most simple - everything is working on guidance and "lead". But in my examples not roll( Tell me what am I doing wrong??
.b-examples-project-block_item-title {
 height: 80px;
 width: 380px;
 opacity: 0.8;
 background: #FFFFFF;
 position: absolute;
 bottom: 0;
 line-height: 74px;
 left: 0;
 padding: 0 0 0 16px;
}
.b-examples-project-block_link:hover .b-examples-project-block_item-title {
 opacity: 1;
 -webkit-transition: opacity 1s ease-out;
 transition: opacity 1s ease-out;
}

Solution
because you apply the transition only on hover
transfer transition: opacity 1s ease-out; to .b-examples-project-block_item-title
