How to open links from a file in the browser?

There's a text file with the following content:

site1.com
site2.com
....
siteN.com

You want as simple as possible to open these links in a browser (each in a new tab). How?

Solution
you need it on postoyannoi basis or one-time/periodically?

if the latter, then, for example, the extension for chrome will open all links from the past in it as.
if the former, then something like superuser.com/a/385225
Need on a permanent basis.

The solution helped, thanks a lot! - Cecil23 commented on July 9th 19 at 13:22
