Goaccess won't convert to HTML format?

Hi all.
Installed the coolest thing on the server Goaccess(don't explain what it is. Those who know what it is they and no need to explain) .
Executes the commands, everything is fine. But the problem is. Does not convert to the html format.
Writes such error

Config file: /etc/goaccess.conf

Fatal error has occurred
Error occured at: src/parser.c - verify_formats - 2215
No time format was found on your conf file.

Who knows how to fix this or what could be the problem.

If you convert to html and not output in console, in config file you need to uncomment at least 3 lines. For example, Apache:

time-format %H:%M:%S
date-format %d/%b/%Y
log-format %h %^[%d:%t %^] "%r" %s %b "%R" "%u"

Time format, date format and the format of the log file respectively.
