To block the content, if the letter of copyright infringement comes from another country?

All good day, suppose I have a video content aggregator, to put it simply the online theater, but the video itself takes with the other “video hosting sites” ( who cares fryd ). So “hattigny” are different, legal ( ivi, megogo, tvigle, etc.) and not legal.

And of course there are letters about copyright infringement. If the company is to protect the rights with Russia it is clear, then once the content is blocked. What if the company from abroad, in fact they have other laws and any rights they don't have. Or am I wrong?

As an example, I wrote the company "1+1 Internet” ( Who knows, it's Ukrainian TV channel ), they say you are breaking copyright by showing the show on their website, etc. That they can in the worst case to do?

I would be grateful for a detailed explanation. Because the curves or queries or I ... but the answers on the specific case in the search engines is not found.

Well, You see what makes the local Roskomnadzor to be ignored - blocks all over the country a couple of sites for one search term.
So, evaluate the loss and make decisions. Where there is loss of users is less than that of the series or by country.
The question was not about the letters from Roskomnadzor, and the letters from copyright holders or their representatives from another country. Not from Russia! - Kristy_Kuvalis commented on July 9th 19 at 13:23
: What is the fundamental difference between Roskomnazdor or Secondsor. And in General it is not who does not interfere to influence You through it, since you "respect". - Keira commented on July 9th 19 at 13:26

In case of extreme desires of the owners, even foreigners, nothing prevents them to apply for you in court.
In his native Russian court. And this is their choice up to the criminal case.
Weigh the risks and check often whether suing the company is a copyright holder in Russia.
And from the point of view of an ideal world, Yes must remove the content immediately after the letter, if you didn't know about his pirate nature and do not post if you know.
