Please help, I don't know how to say, in recognizing the steps in connecting and setting up calls through the browser.

Given: there is a user management system(phone/email/contacts). More than 50 000 contacts. Telephony Asterisk
Task: implement calls to customers via a browser.
Team: system admin, a couple of programmers, Manager (I).

I want to start to explore, and then to pass to the command (I understand that something may be wrong). Please share your experience in this matter.

For calls via the browser uses WebRTC
This module comes with FreePBX. But there is a little difficulty in order to realize such a system. Necessary to certify the certificate of CA or make self-signed.
