How to check the actual hardware installed on macbook?

BU when you buy a macbook you need to check what hardware it has. As far as I know the BOM is displayed in "About this mac" can software forge. Question: how can find out exactly what the stuffing is in the laptop?

Googling on the subject analogs for OSx lshw tells system_profiler utility and sysctl. But check now not on anything.

Try lspci through the terminal, before this update info - sudo update-pciids; you can still so see - lshw, you can look at dmidecode.
